COMPLETE TERMS OF A CONSULTATION OFFERED THROUGH THE GURNEY INSTITUTE OF ANIMAL COMMUNICATION’S CONSULTING ASSOCIATE PROGRAM
Definition of a Consulting Associate
A Consulting Associate is a graduate of The Gurney Institute of Animal Communication HeartTalkCertification Training Program® and is a Certified Animal Communicator.
Consultations
Consultations are completed in 3 (three) phases. The following is an outline of the progression of a consultation.
Phase 1 – Information is gathered about the animal, the perceived problem, and the questions you want asked.
Phase 2 – Telepathic communication with the animal. Your questions are asked and an attempt to determine the root of the animal’s issues is made. An action plan is developed.
Phase 3 – A phone conference is made between you and the Consulting Associate your have chosen to share the telepathic conversation and to discuss an action plan to address issues or concerns.
Consultations Categories
Distance Consultations: Consultations are made telepathically with the animal and via phone with the Client. Replies to consultation requests are within 2 (two) business days. Consultations are scheduled within 3 (three) business days of the paid consultation. The consultation time is 60 minutes which includes all 3 (three) phases.
On Site Consultations: Consultations are on site with the animal and Client. Replies to consultation requests are within 2 (two) business days. Consultations are scheduled within 3 (three) business days of the paid consultation. Round trip travel time of up to 60-120 minutes is included. The consultation time is 60 minutes for the first animal which includes all 3 (three) phases.
Emergency Distance Consultation: Any consultation that is booked with a need for immediate communication. Replies to consultation requests are within 24 hours. Consultations are scheduled within 36 hours of the paid consultation. The consultation time is 60 minutes which includes all 3 (three) phases.
Additional animals require 30 minutes per animal and are not included in the base rate. An additional fee will be charged per additional animal. In the event the consultation requires more time, additional time may be purchased by the Client in 15 minute increments.
Group Consultations:
Oftentimes people at a ranch or in a neighborhood or from an animal organization want to bring an Animal Communicator to their area to communicate with several animals during one day. Consultations are on site with the animal and Client. Replies to consultation requests are within 2 (two) business days. Consultations are scheduled as quickly as possible. Round trip travel time of up to 60 minutes is included. The consultation time is 30 minutes for each animal which includes all 3 (three) phases. A minimum of 6 (six) animals is required for Group Consultations, the maximum is 12 (twelve) animals per day.
Consultation Payments
All consultations are paid in advance. For convenience the GIAC offers Pay Pal as the primary payment processor. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and E-Checks as payment options. Cancellations within 24 hours of the consultation will incur a $50 charge.
Consultation Process
- Choose which Consulting Associate you prefer to work with. Please note: should you have questions prior to purchasing a consultation you have the option to email or call the Consulting Associate. Consulting Associates check voice mail and email Monday – Friday.
- Once you have paid for a consultation, you will be asked to complete the Client Intake Information on-line and will receive correspondence from the Consulting Associate to schedule your consultation.
By purchasing a consultation online through The Gurney Institute of Animal Communication, you are agreeing to The Gurney Institute of Animal Communication Release of Liability. The Gurney Institute of Animal Communication Release of Liability explains that the responsibility for the health of your animal rests with you and that animal communication is a compliment to and not a substitute for veterinary medical care, that you understand the terms of GIAC services, and to release GIAC of liability for any potential harmful acts of all Consulting Associates.
This agreement is part of the online consultation payment process. If you did not purchase a consultation from the website, the GIAC office shall mail, fax or email The Gurney Institute of Animal Communication Release of Liability Form to you. A signed agreement must be received by the GIAC office prior to the consultation.
